About the club
The Utrecht Rugby Club was founded in 1967 and for a while, played their rugby at a sportscentre, where they shared with the local soccer club. Not long after, they moved to Sportpark Strijland, where the founding members built their own clubhouse, Innside, which is still one of the most well-liked clubhouses in this country. Unfortunately, due to recent highway developments, URC moved to a temporary location at Sportpark Terweide.

Teams
URC has 3 senior XV's and a women's team, as well as youth players in various age groups. The 1st XV currently plays in the (national) First Division, the 2nd XV plays in the 3th Division and URC3 plays in the 4th Division. The Women's XV plays in the First Division National Women's League.

Whether you're an ambitious player, looking to play some good rugby on a regular basis, or you're just looking for a good time, URC might be just the thing for you!~ Feel free to join!
For 15 euro's you can try it 6 weeks long.

Training & matches
Want to find out yourself what URC is all about; grab your kit (shoes, shirt, shorts) and join us in training; we train every Tuesday and Thursday, starting at 20h sharp.

Matches for the seniors are all played on Sunday. The youth up till 16, will play on Saturday. If you want to watch a game first, or if you have any questions send us an email at urc@tte.nl. You'll always be welcome!
